Committee chairpersons presented their respective reports citing increasing patronization of members and that no cases were filed. Standing for Audit Committee, Vice-Chairperson Lerio discussed the CDA Memorandum Circular 2016-08 which disregards the hiring of external auditors for micro-cooperatives like NMPC.  Furthermore, she reported that the mandatory Cooperative Annual Progress Report submitted to the Cooperative Development Authority consisted of the following: Social Audit Report, Performance Report, List of Training Programs Undertaken/Completed, and Cooperative Annual Financial Statement.  To cap the reports, the Chairperson presented the five-year NMPC development plan.
