The 2016 Board Resolution discussed by Secretary Conrado F. Apolonio indicated that there were 18 board resolutions approved by the Board of Directors (BOD). Committee chairpersons presented their respective reports citing increasing patronization of members and that no cases were filed. Standing for Audit Committee, Vice-Chairperson Lerio discussed the CDA Memorandum Circular 2016-08 which disregards the hiring of external auditors for micro-cooperatives like NMPC.  Furthermore, she reported that the mandatory Cooperative Annual Progress Report submitted to the Cooperative Development Authority consisted of the following: Social Audit Report, Performance Report, List of Training Programs Undertaken/Completed, and Cooperative Annual Financial Statement.  To cap the reports, the Chairperson presented the five-year NMPC development plan.
